Opportunities for LLJT-RVA to pray unceasingly

Last month we discussed the desire for folks in Lead Like Jesus Together to have some dedicated time together in prayer. After May’s meeting 12 of us met in the smaller conference room and had a wonderful time of intercessory prayer for about 30 minutes. Moving forward we are encouraging folks to join us in prayer after the formal meeting for a time when we can continue to seek God’s heart for our city and bring our petitions before him. We are in the process of figuring out the exact details of an ongoing time of prayer moving forward. We may set up a conference line for more frequent prayer time together or pick a designated date and time to gather in person to pray. For now we are going to continue to meet after the Lead Like Jesus Together meeting to pray.

Our hope is to also build out a dedicated "Prayer Opportunities" page on the Lead Like Jesus Together website highlighting all of the prayer services and gathering that are already happening in our city. This will give folks an opportunity to plug into some of the great work already being done in and around Metro Richmond. We believe in the not to distant future, God is going to start gathering a larger group of believers from across this city together to intercede for the needs of our city and to seek His face together. Ultimately we know God has great plans ahead for Metro Richmond and we want to continue to petition Him and help bring His Kingdom here to Metro Richmond.
